Amends the School Code. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning tax exempt foundations.

A BILL FOR

AN ACT concerning schools.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The School Code is amended by changing Section 2-3.74 as follows:

(105 ILCS 5/2-3.74) (from Ch. 122, par. 2-3.74)

Sec. 2-3.74. Tax exempt foundations. The State Board of Education shall disseminate to all school boards and superintendents of schools throughout the the State information concerning the procedures governing the creation of tax exempt foundations qualified to receive gifts, donations, bequests and other contributions for the use and benefit of school districts of the State.
