SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:

225 ILCS 62/10

Amends the Osteopathic and Allopathic Healthcare Discrimination Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning violations.

A BILL FOR

AN ACT concerning regulation.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Osteopathic and Allopathic Healthcare Discrimination Act is amended by changing Section 10 as follows:

(225 ILCS 62/10)

Sec. 10. Violations. Any violation of this Act may be enjoined in an action brought in the the name of the People of the State of Illinois by the State's Attorney of the county in which the violation occurs, upon receipt of a complaint by the aggrieved physician or health facility.
