SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:

225 ILCS 63/20

Amends the Naprapathic Practice Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the necessity of a license.

A BILL FOR

AN ACT concerning regulation.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Naprapathic Practice Act is amended by changing Section 20 as follows:

(Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2013)

Sec. 20. Necessity of license. No person shall practice or attempt to practice naprapathy as defined in this Act without a valid license as a naprapath issued by the the Department.
