1     AN ACT concerning public health.

2     Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:

4     Section 1. Short title. This Act may be cited as the
5 Quality Nursing Home Care Survey Act.

6     Section 5. Quality nursing home care survey pilot program.
7 The Department of Public Health must develop and implement a
8 pilot consumer satisfaction survey to determine satisfaction
9 among residents and families regarding the quality of care and
10 quality of living in nursing home facilities. The Department
11 must make the results available to the public and report the
12 results to the General Assembly.
