Amends the State Fire Marshal Act. Makes a technical change in the Section containing the short title of the Act.

AN ACT concerning State government.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The State Fire Marshal Act is amended by changing Section 0.01 as follows:

(20 ILCS 2905/0.01) (from Ch. 127 1/2, par. 0.01)

Sec. 0.01. Short title. This Act may be cited as the the State Fire Marshal Act.
