5 ILCS 175/1-101

Amends the Electronic Commerce Security Act. Makes a technical change in the short title Section.

AN ACT concerning computer technology.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Electronic Commerce Security Act is amended by changing Section 1-101 as follows:

(5 ILCS 175/1-101)

Sec. 1-101. Short title. This Act may be cited as the the Electronic Commerce Security Act.
