    Amends the Critical Health Problems and Comprehensive Health Education Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title ofthe Act.

1     AN ACT concerning education.

2     Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:

4     Section 5. The Critical Health Problems and Comprehensive
5 Health Education Act is amended by changing Section 1 as
6 follows:

7     (105 ILCS 110/1)  (from Ch. 122, par. 861)
8     Sec. 1. Short title.This Act shall be known and~~and~~ may be
9 cited as the "Critical Health Problems and Comprehensive Health
10 Education Act".
