SENATE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, The members of the Senate of the State of Illinois learned with sadness of the death of Virginia Kapraun of Mulkeytown on July 7, 2005; and

WHEREAS, Ms. Kapraun was born August 24, 1938, in Mulkeytown, to Loren Ramsey and Grace Moyers; and

WHEREAS, She was retired from MUMS; and

WHEREAS, She was preceded in death by her parents and three brothers; and

WHEREAS, The passing of Virginia Kapraun is felt by all who knew and loved her, especially her sons, Edward S. Hoskins and Gary L. Hoskins; her daughter, Marty Dee Followell; her sisters, Ethna "Shorty" Stuart and Lucille Dornan; and her brother, Stan Ramsey; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-FOURTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of Virginia Kapraun and extend our sincerest condolences to her family and friends; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to her family as an expression of our deepest sympathy.
