SENATE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, The members of the Senate of the State of Illinois learned with much sadness of the death of William Ryan "Billy" Taylor of Marion on Thursday, July 7, 2005; and

WHEREAS, He was born on February 11, 1981, in Benton, to William D. and Maxine (Sutton) Taylor; and

WHEREAS, The passing of William Ryan "Billy" Taylor has been deeply felt by many, especially his sister, Becky and Greg McDonald; his brother, Darren and Wendy Taylor; his grandmother, Betty Kelton; his nephews, Colton McDonald and Dustin Chitty; his nieces, Lisa Chitty and Amanda Chitty; his many aunts, uncles, and cousins; and some very special loving people in his life, Mary Espy, Donna Lynn, Betsy Lowry, Pam Girdner, Sherry Duncan, Advantage Nursing, and many more over the last 13 years; he was preceded in death by his grandparents, Loren and Marguerite Sutton; his grandfather, Sam Kelton; and his uncle, Carl Kelton; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-FOURTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of William Ryan "Billy" Taylor who was taken from this world at too young an age, and we extend our sincerest condolences to his family, friends, and all who knew and loved him; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to his family as an expression of our deepest sympathy.
