SENATE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, The members of the Senate of the State of Illinois learned with regret of the death of Frank S. Boruch on Tuesday, May 17, 2005; and

WHEREAS, Mr. Boruch valiantly served his country during World War II; and

WHEREAS, He was a member of Darius-Girenas Post 271, the American Legion Yankee Division, the Veterans Association, St. Nicholas of Tolentine Holy Name and Ushers Club, and St. Walter's Seniors; and

WHEREAS, The passing of Frank S. Boruch has been deeply felt by many, especially his wife of 50 years, Genevieve, nee Neugebauer; his siblings, Matthew (Loretta), Antionette Lazar, Laura Lefko, and Thadeus Boruch; his niece and nephew, Andrea (Steve) Covert and Jeffrey Boruch; his great-nephew, Trent Covert; and his many other nieces and nephews; he was preceded in death by his parents, Walter and Stephanie Boruch, and his brother, Stanley; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-FOURTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of Frank S. Boruch, and we extend our deepest sympathy to his family, friends, and all who knew and loved him; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to his family as an expression of our sincerest condolences.
