SENATE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, The members of the Senate of the State of Illinois learned with sadness of the death of Patricia "Pat" Dickerson of Harrisburg on May 18, 2005; and

WHEREAS, Mrs. Dickerson was born January 10, 1943, in Pontiac, Michigan, to Robert and Trecia (Rose) Evans; and

WHEREAS, In January of 1997, she married Grover Dickerson in Harrisburg; and

WHEREAS, She was a loan analyst for Farm Credit Services, and was a very active member of McKinley Ave. Baptist Church in the puppet program and landscaping committee; and

WHEREAS, The passing of Patricia "Pat" Dickerson is felt by all who knew and loved her, especially her husband, Grover; her mother, Trecia Evans; her son, Randall (Lori) Price; her daughter, Amy Price; her son, Steven (Veronica Alvarez) Price; her stepdaughter, Kim (David) Edmister; her sister, Carolyn Nolan; her brother, Robert "Bob" (Betsy Ann) Evans; her sister, Nancy Evans; her grandchildren, Adrian, Nathaniel, Hunter, and Trevor; and her stepgrandchildren, Austin and Skylar; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-FOURTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of Patricia "Pat" Dickerson and extend our sincerest condolences to her family, friends, and community; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to her family as an expression of our deepest sympathy.
