Amends the Public Utilities Act to create a new Article concerning wind generation construction standards. Contains only an Article heading and a Section containing the short title of the Article.

AN ACT concerning regulation.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Public Utilities Act is amended by adding the heading of Article XX and Section 20-101 as follows:

ARTICLE XX. WIND GENERATION CONSTRUCTION STANDARDS

(220 ILCS 5/20-101 new)

Sec. 20-101. Short title. This Article may be cited as the Wind Generation Construction Standards Law.
