Amends the Attorney General Act. Makes a technical change in the Section concerning the short title of the Act.

A BILL FOR

AN ACT concerning State government.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Attorney General Act is amended by changing Section 0.01 as follows:

(15 ILCS 205/0.01) (from Ch. 14, par. 0.01)

Sec. 0.01. Short title. This Act may be cited as the the Attorney General Act.
