Amends the Cook County Forest Preserve District Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning definitions.

A BILL FOR

AN ACT concerning local government.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Cook County Forest Preserve District Act is amended by changing Section 2 as follows:

(70 ILCS 810/2) (from Ch. 96 1/2, par. 6402)

Sec. 2. As used in this Act, unless the the context otherwise requires, the terms specified in Section 2.1 through 2.3 have the meanings ascribed to them in those Sections.
