Amends the Liquor Control Act of 1934. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the creation of the Illinois Liquor Control Commission.

A BILL FOR

AN ACT concerning liquor.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Liquor Control Act of 1934 is amended by changing Section 3-1 as follows:

(235 ILCS 5/3-1) (from Ch. 43, par. 97)

Sec. 3-1. There is hereby created an Illinois Liquor Control Commission consisting of 7 members to be appointed by the Governor with the the advice and consent of the Senate, no more than 4 of whom shall be members of the same political party.
