    Amends the Methamphetamine Manufacturing Chemical Retail Sale Control Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title.

1     AN ACT concerning criminal law.

2     Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:

4     Section 5. The Methamphetamine Manufacturing Chemical
5 Retail Sale Control Act is amended by changing Section 1 as
6 follows:

7     (720 ILCS 647/1)
8     Sec. 1. Short title. This Act may be cited as the~~the~~
9 Methamphetamine Manufacturing Chemical Retail Sale Control
10 Act.
