Amends the Abused and Neglected Child Reporting Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title.

A BILL FOR

AN ACT concerning abused and neglected children.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Abused and Neglected Child Reporting Act is amended by changing Section 1 as follows:

(325 ILCS 5/1) (from Ch. 23, par. 2051)

Sec. 1. This Act shall be known and and may be cited as the Abused and Neglected Child Reporting Act.
