    Amends the Cannabis and Controlled Substances Tax Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title.

1     AN ACT concerning revenue.

2     Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:

4     Section 5. The Cannabis and Controlled Substances Tax Act
5 is amended by changing Section 1 as follows:

6     (35 ILCS 520/1)  (from Ch. 120, par. 2151)
7     Sec. 1. This Act shall be known and~~and~~ may be cited as the
8 "Cannabis and Controlled Substances Tax Act".
