 1                          SENATE RESOLUTION

 2        WHEREAS, The members  of  the  Senate  of  the  State  of
 3    Illinois  were  saddened  to learn of the death of Judith Ann
 4    Fracaro Jennings of Girard on March 23, 2003; and

 5        WHEREAS, Mrs. Jennings was born on February 15,  1950  in
 6    Joliet   to  Leonard  Christopher  and  Barbara  Jean  Cusick
 7    Fracaro; she married Roger H. Jennings in 1970  in  Lockport;
 8    and

 9        WHEREAS,  Mrs.  Jennings  graduated from Lockport Central
10    High School and Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville;
11    she also attended Western Illinois University; and

12        WHEREAS, Mrs. Jennings was a warrantee  administrator  at
13    Jennings Chevrolet; and

14        WHEREAS,  Mrs.  Jennings was a member of the Girard Lions
15    Club and St. Patrick's Catholic Church,  where  she  was  the
16    director  of  the Catholic Youth Organization, the Terry Park
17    Golf League, the Oak Leaf Country Club Golf League in Girard,
18    and the Springfield Area Bible Study Group; and

19        WHEREAS, Mrs. Jennings's passing will be deeply  felt  by
20    many  especially  her  husband,  Roger  H.; her sons, Jeffrey
21    (wife, Megan) Jennings and  Jason  Jennings;  her  daughters,
22    Melinda  (husband,  Rick)  Thoroman,  Melissa  Jennings,  and
23    Michelle   Jennings;  her  two  grandchildren;  her  parents,
24    Leonard  Christopher  and  Barbara  Jean  Fracaro;  and   her
25    sisters, Deborah Sessoms, Nancy (husband, John) Flaherty, and
26    Denise (husband, Jim) Juriga; therefore, be it

27        RESOLVED,  BY  THE  SENATE  OF  THE  NINETY-THIRD GENERAL
28    ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the death of
29    Judith Ann Fracaro Jennings along with all who knew and loved
30    her  and  extend  our  sincere  condolences  to  her  family,
31    friends, and community; and be it further

 1        RESOLVED, That a suitable  copy  of  this  resolution  be
 2    presented  to the family of Judith Ann Fracaro Jennings as an
 3    expression of our deepest sympathy.
