 1        AN ACT in relation to the Uniform Commercial Code.

 2        Be  it  enacted  by  the People of the State of Illinois,
 3    represented in the General Assembly:

 4        Section 5.  The Uniform Commercial  Code  is  amended  by
 5    changing Section 9-101 as follows:

 6        (810 ILCS 5/9-101) (from Ch. 26, par. 9-101)
 7        Sec.  9-101.  Short  Title  title.   This  Article may be
 8    cited as Uniform Commercial Code - Secured Transactions.
