 1        AN ACT in relation to labor.

 2        Be  it  enacted  by  the People of the State of Illinois,
 3    represented in the General Assembly:

 4        Section 5.  The Department of  Labor  Law  of  the  Civil
 5    Administrative  Code  of  Illinois  is  amended  by  changing
 6    Section 1505-1 as follows:

 7        (20 ILCS 1505/1505-1)
 8        Sec.  1505-1.   Article  Short  Title  short title.  This
 9    Article 1505 of the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois may
10    be cited as the Department of Labor Law.
