 1        AN ACT regarding sanitary districts.

 2        Be  it  enacted  by  the People of the State of Illinois,
 3    represented in the General Assembly:

 4        Section 5.  The North  Shore  Sanitary  District  Act  is
 5    amended by changing Section 0.1 as follows:

 6        (70 ILCS 2305/0.1) (from Ch. 42, par. 276.99)
 7        Sec.  0.1.  Short title.  This Act shall be known and may
 8    be cited as the "North Shore Sanitary District Act".
