620 ILCS 45/1.5

    Amends the County Airport Law of 1943. Makes a technical change in a provision regarding the short title.

1     AN ACT concerning transportation.

2     Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:

4     Section 5. The County Airport Law of 1943 is amended by
5 changing Section 1.5 as follows:

6     (620 ILCS 45/1.5)
7     Sec. 1.5. Short Title~~title~~. This Act may be cited as the
8 County Airport Law of 1943.
