    Amends the Cook County Forest Preserve District Act. Makes a technical change in a Section containing only the short title.

1     AN ACT concerning forest preserve districts.

2     Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:

4     Section 5. The Cook County Forest Preserve District Act is
5 amended by changing Section 0.01 as follows:

6     (70 ILCS 810/0.01)  (from Ch. 96 1/2, par. 6400)
7     Sec. 0.01. Short Title~~title~~. This Act may be cited as the
8 Cook County Forest Preserve District Act.
