 1        AN ACT making appropriations.

 2        Be it enacted by the People of  the  State  of  Illinois,
 3    represented in the General Assembly:

 4        Section 5.  The sum of $50,000, or so much of that amount
 5    as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue
 6    Fund  to  the  Department  of  Public  Aid for the purpose of
 7    implementing the Pharmaceutical  Manufacturer's  Drug  Access
 8    Program Act.

 9        Section  99.  Effective  date.  This  Act takes effect on
10    July 1, 2003.
