Amends the Illinois Insurance Code. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the scope of the Article concerning domestic stock companies.

A BILL FOR

AN ACT concerning insurance.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Illinois Insurance Code is amended by changing Section 6 as follows:

(215 ILCS 5/6) (from Ch. 73, par. 618)

Sec. 6. Scope of article. This article applies shall apply to all domestic stock companies transacting or being organized to transact any of the kinds of insurance business enumerated in section 4.
