SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:

30 ILCS 605/20 new

Amends the State Property Control Act. Requires that all automobiles owned by the State shall be under the control of the Department of Central Management Services, except those used by the Department of Natural Resources and the Department of State Police.

A BILL FOR

AN ACT concerning State property.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The State Property Control Act is amended by adding Section 20 as follows:

(30 ILCS 605/20 new)

Sec. 20. State automobiles. All automobiles owned by the State shall be under the control of the Department of Central Management Services, except for those used by the Department of Natural Resources and the Department of State Police.
