 1        AN ACT making appropriations.

 2        Be  it  enacted  by  the People of the State of Illinois,
 3    represented in the General Assembly:

 4        Section 5.  The sum of $2,900,000, or  so  much  of  that
 5    amount  as  may  be  necessary  and remains unexpended at the
 6    close of business on June 30, 2003, from  appropriations  and
 7    reappropriations heretofore made for such purposes in Article
 8    1,   Section   18   of  Public  Act  92-0717  (HB  6061),  is
 9    reappropriated from the Capital Development Fund to the Board
10    of Trustees of Northeastern Illinois University  to  purchase
11    equipment   and   remodel   buildings   A,   B  and  E.  This
12    appropriation  is  in  addition  to  any   funds   previously
13    appropriated.

14        Section  99.  Effective  date.  This  Act takes effect on
15    July 1, 2003.
