 1        AN ACT in relation to taxes.

 2        Be  it  enacted  by  the People of the State of Illinois,
 3    represented in the General Assembly:

 4        Section 5.  The Messages Tax Act is amended  by  changing
 5    Section 14 as follows:

 6        (35 ILCS 610/14) (from Ch. 120, par. 467.14)
 7        Sec.  14. Additional tax. The tax herein imposed shall be
 8    in addition  to  all  other  occupation  or  privilege  taxes
 9    imposed  by  the  State  of  Illinois  or  by  any  municipal
10    corporation or political subdivision thereof.
