 1        AN ACT concerning family law.

 2        Be  it  enacted  by  the People of the State of Illinois,
 3    represented in the General Assembly:

 4        Section 5.  The  Illinois  Marriage  and  Dissolution  of
 5    Marriage Act is amended by changing Section 306 as follows:

 6        (750 ILCS 5/306) (from Ch. 40, par. 306)
 7        Sec. 306.  Commencement of Action.) An action Actions for
 8    declaration  of  invalidity of marriage shall be commenced as
 9    in other civil cases.
