 1        AN ACT in relation to aircraft.

 2        Be  it  enacted  by  the People of the State of Illinois,
 3    represented in the General Assembly:

 4        Section 5.  The Illinois Aeronautics Act  is  amended  by
 5    changing Section 19 as follows:

 6        (620 ILCS 5/19) (from Ch. 15 1/2, par. 22.19)
 7        Sec.  19. "Navigable air space" means air space above the
 8    minimum altitudes of flight prescribed by the  laws  of  this
 9    State or by rules or regulations of the Department consistent
10    with those laws therewith.
