 1        AN  ACT  in  relation  to the Cook County Forest Preserve
 2    District.

 3        Be it enacted by the People of  the  State  of  Illinois,
 4    represented in the General Assembly:

 5        Section  5.  The Cook County Forest Preserve District Act
 6    is amended by changing Section 2 as follows:

 7        (70 ILCS 810/2) (from Ch. 96 1/2, par. 6402)
 8        Sec. 2.  Definitions.  As used in this  Act,  unless  the
 9    context  otherwise  requires,  the terms specified in Section
10    2.1 through 2.3 have the meanings ascribed to them  in  those
11    Sections.
