HOUSE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, The members of the House of Representatives of the State of Illinois are pleased to congratulate Scott Campbell on the occasion of his 31st anniversary with Family Service and Mental Health Center for McHenry County; and

WHEREAS, Mr. Campbell received his bachelor's degree from Carthage College in 1971 and his master's degree in social work from George Williams College in 1973; and

WHEREAS, As chief social worker, Mr. Campbell has always worked to carry out the Family Service and Mental Health Center's mission of "Helping People Help Themselves"; he expanded the "Crisis Line" to enable individuals in mental anguish to access immediate professional advice; to enable families to find the social service agency that can best help them, he compiled an inter-agency directory; and

WHEREAS, During his 31 years at Family Service and Mental Health Center for McHenry County, Mr. Campbell has served in every capacity and currently is the chief operating officer; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE NINETY-THIRD GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we congratulate Scott Campbell on the occasion of his 31st anniversary with Family Service and Mental Health Center for McHenry County; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to Scott Campbell as an expression of our respect and esteem.
