 1                          HOUSE RESOLUTION

 2        WHEREAS,  The  Catholic  Charities  Hearts  for  Homeless
 3    Families Committee is holding  its  14th  Annual  Hearts  for
 4    Homeless Families in Transition benefit auction and dinner on
 5    Saturday, February 15, 2003; and

 6        WHEREAS,  The  benefit  dinner  and  auction will include
 7    special guests, Sister Lorraine Menheer from Project Hope and
 8    Fr. Michael M. Boland, Administrator for Catholic  Charities;
 9    the  event  will  include  complimentary  cocktails,  dinner,
10    special  awards  and prizes, a live and silent auction, and a
11    raffle drawing; and

12        WHEREAS, Family and friends are  invited  to  attend  the
13    benefit  auction  and  dinner  which  will  be  held  at  The
14    Stonegate  Conference  and Banquet Centre in Hoffman Estates;
15    therefore, be it

16        RESOLVED,  BY  THE  HOUSE  OF  REPRESENTATIVES   OF   THE
17    NINETY-THIRD  GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that
18    we honor the Catholic Charities Hearts for Homeless  Families
19    Committee for the many contributions it has made to the lives
20    of  citizens of Illinois and wish the committee well with the
21    upcoming  14th  Annual  Hearts  for  Homeless   Families   in
22    Transition benefit dinner and auction; and be it further

23        RESOLVED,  That  a  suitable  copy  of this resolution be
24    presented to the event chairperson,  Patty  O'Brien  and  the
25    Catholic Charities Facilitator, Cheryl Margiewicz.
