 1                          HOUSE RESOLUTION

 2        WHEREAS,  The  members   of   the   Illinois   House   of
 3    Representatives were saddened to learn of the tragic death of
 4    Keith B. Cox of Wyoming on March 20, 2003 at 29 years of age;
 5    and

 6        WHEREAS, Keith Cox died while unloading corn into a grain
 7    bin at his rural Wyoming residence; and

 8        WHEREAS,  Mr.  Cox  was  born March 13, 1974 in Peoria to
 9    William and Jeanie Vespa Cox; and

10        WHEREAS, Mr. Cox was a  1992  graduate  of  Wyoming  High
11    School  and  a 1996 graduate of the University of Illinois at
12    Champaign-Urbana; and

13        WHEREAS, Mr. Cox was a member of the  Stark  County  Farm
14    Bureau,  the  Wyoming  Fire Department, the Stark County Soil
15    and Water Conservation Board, and was also a  member  of  St.
16    Dominic's Catholic Church; and

17        WHEREAS,  His  passing  will  be  deeply  felt  by  many,
18    especially  his  parents,  William  and Jeanie Vespa Cox; his
19    brother, Mike; his four sisters, Becky (and  David)  Paulsen,
20    Cathy  (and  Tom)  Alarie,  Christine (and Bradley) Uken, and
21    Mary Cox; and his grandmother, Eleanor Vespa-Shrier; and

22        WHEREAS, Mr. Cox was preceded in death  by  his  paternal
23    grandparents and his maternal grandfather; therefore, be it

24        RESOLVED,   BY   THE  HOUSE  OF  REPRESENTATIVES  OF  THE
25    NINETY-THIRD GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS,  that
26    we  mourn  the  death of Keith B. Cox along with all who knew
27    and loved him and  extend  our  sincere  condolences  to  his
28    family, friends, and community; and be it further

29        RESOLVED,  That  a  suitable  copy  of this resolution be
30    presented to the family of Keith B. Cox as an  expression  of
