 1                          HOUSE RESOLUTION

 2        WHEREAS, Education is one of the most noble pursuits  for
 3    the  future  of  our  country  and  those  citizens  who have
 4    selflessly agreed to oversee the education  of  our  children
 5    are to be commended; and

 6        WHEREAS,  The  members of the House of Representatives of
 7    the State of Illinois wish to congratulate William Keyser  on
 8    his  nine  years  of  service to the Evergreen Park Community
 9    High School District 231 Board of Education; and

10        WHEREAS, Mr. Keyser was first elected  to  the  Board  of
11    Education  in November of 1993; he was re-elected in 1997 and
12    again in 2001; and

13        WHEREAS, Mr. Keyser served as  Board  of  Education  Vice
14    President  from  November  of  1993  until  December 2000; he
15    served as the  President  of  the  Board  of  Education  from
16    December of 2000 until July of 2002; and

17        RESOLVED,   BY   THE  HOUSE  OF  REPRESENTATIVES  OF  THE
18    NINETY-THIRD GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS,  that
19    we  congratulate  Mr.  William  Keyser  on his retirement and
20    thank him for his years of  service  to  the  Evergreen  Park
21    Community High School District 231 Board of Education; and be
22    it further

23        RESOLVED,  That  a  suitable  copy  of this resolution be
24    presented to Mr. William Keyser as a token of our respect and
25    esteem and with best wishes for a relaxing retirement.
