HOUSE RESOLUTION

 
2     WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of
3 Representatives were deeply saddened to learn of the death of
4 Mary Sue Conwell on August 13, 2004; and
 
5     WHEREAS, Mary Sue Conwell, also known as "Nook", was born
6 to Willie P. Wilson and Dan Wilson on May 3, 1948 in Macon,
7 Georgia; and
 
8     WHEREAS, One of her goals was to obtain her G.E.D.; she was
9 a dedicated volunteer and a leader who encourage others that
10 "anything is possible"; and
 
11     WHEREAS, She was respected and loved by family, friends,
12 and any other person she came into contact with; along with
13 cooking Sunday dinner, she also enjoyed attending Sunday
14 service with the True Spirit Congregation accompanied by her
15 niece, Jeanice Wilson; she made the life decision to devote her
16 life to her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and became a new
17 member of True Spirit International Ministry on July 11, 2004;
18 and
 
19     WHEREAS, The passing of Mary Sue "Nook" Conwell will be
20 deeply felt by many, especially her mother, Willie P. Wilson;
21 her children, Mary Rosetta Conwell and Rodney Conwell; her
22 three grandchildren, Tiffany (Duke) Conwell, Brandon (D-man)
23 Conwell, and Jermail (Mailbox) Conwell; and her brothers and
24 sisters, Lula Wilson, Patricia Wilson, Tina Wilson, Tammy
25 Wilson, Vicky Wilson, Danny Wilson, and Timmy Wilson; and
 
26     WHEREAS, She was preceded in death by her father, Dan
27 Wilson; her sister, Irma Sue Tucker, and her niece, Erica
28 Wilson; therefore, be it
 
29     RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE

1 NINETY-THIRD GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we
2 mourn the death of Mary Sue "Nook" Conwell along with all who
3 knew and loved her and extend our sincere condolences to her
4 family and friends; and be it further
 
5     RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be
6 presented to the family of Mary Sue Conwell as an expression of
7 our deepest sympathy.
