| HOUSE RESOLUTION
|
| 2 |
| WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of |
| 3 |
| Representatives are pleased to recognize notable achievements |
| 4 |
| by citizens of this State; and
|
| 5 |
| WHEREAS, The Frankfort Preservation Foundation Board of |
| 6 |
| Directors has established a "Lifetime Service" Award program in |
| 7 |
| order to recognize, honor, and preserve the memory of citizens |
| 8 |
| and historic landmarks that exemplify the highest standards of |
| 9 |
| stewardship within its community; and
|
| 10 |
| WHEREAS, At a ceremony on Friday, August 13, 2004 at CD & |
| 11 |
| Me, Ernie Hinrichs is being honored with the President's |
| 12 |
| Lifetime Service Award for his countless contributions to the |
| 13 |
| Village of Frankfort, including serving on the Planning and |
| 14 |
| Zoning Commission for 8 years, serving on the Board of Trustees |
| 15 |
| for the Village of Frankfort for 8 years, and serving as |
| 16 |
| Chamber of Commerce President for 1 year; he was a founding |
| 17 |
| member of the Old Plank Trail Road Committee and founder and |
| 18 |
| owner of "Ye Olde Sign Shoppe Ltd."; his volunteer service with |
| 19 |
| the Crete Fire Department for 17 years is also being |
| 20 |
| acknowledged; therefore, be it
|

| RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE |
| 22 |
| NINETY-THIRD GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we |
| 23 |
| congratulate Ernie Hinrichs on being honored with the |
| 24 |
| President's Lifetime Service Award given by the Frankfort |
| 25 |
| Preservation Foundation Board of Directors for his outstanding |
| 26 |
| contributions to his community; and be it further
|
| 27 |
| RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be |
| 28 |
| presented to Ernie Hinrichs as an expression of our admiration.
