1 HOUSE RESOLUTION

2     WHEREAS, The members of the House of Representatives of the
3 State of Illinois are pleased to congratulate Loretta Molter on
4 being awarded the Federation of Women Contractors' Member of
5 the Year Award; and

6     WHEREAS, Ms. Molter is the President of Molter Corporation
7 in Mokena; she was one of 4 recipients of various awards
8 honored at the Federation of Women Contractors' Annual Awards
9 Reception on June 23, 2004 at the Harold Washington Library in
10 Chicago; and

11     WHEREAS, This year marks the Federation of Women
12 Contractors' 15-year anniversary of advocating for women in the
13 construction industry; Ms. Molter was recognized for her many
14 contributions as a member of the Federation of Women
15 Contractors; therefore, be it

16     RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE
17 NINETY-THIRD GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we
18 congratulate Loretta Molter on the distinct honor of being
19 named the recipient of the Federation of Women Contractors'
20 Member of the Year Award; and be it further

21     RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be
22 presented to Loretta Molter as an expression of our respect and
23 esteem.
