 1        AN ACT in relation to aging.

 2        Be  it  enacted  by  the People of the State of Illinois,
 3    represented in the General Assembly:

 4        Section 5.  The Elder Abuse and Neglect Act is amended by
 5    changing Section 10 as follows:

 6        (320 ILCS 20/10) (from Ch. 23, par. 6610)
 7        Sec. 10.  Rules.  The Department  shall  adopt  the  such
 8    rules and regulations as it deems necessary to implement this
 9    Act.
