 1        AN ACT in relation to railroads.

 2        Be it enacted by the People of  the  State  of  Illinois,
 3    represented in the General Assembly:

 4        Section  5.  The Railroad Incorporation Act is amended by
 5    changing Section 2 as follows:

 6        (610 ILCS 5/2) (from Ch. 114, par. 2)
 7        Sec. 2. Such  persons  shall  organize  by  adopting  and
 8    signing  articles  of incorporation, which shall be filed and
 9    recorded in the office of the Secretary of State and  a  copy
10    thereof rendered in the office of the recorder of each county
11    through or into which the such railway is proposed to be run.
