Amends the Code of Criminal Procedure of 1963. Makes technical changes in a Section concerning bail bonds.

AN ACT in relation to criminal law.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Code of Criminal Procedure of 1963 is amended by changing Section 102-7 as follows:

(725 ILCS 5/102-7) (from Ch. 38, par. 102-7)

Sec. 102-7. "Bail bond".

"Bail bond" means an undertaking secured by bail entered into by a person in custody by which the person he binds himself or herself to comply with the such conditions as are set forth in the bail bond therein.
