SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:

430 ILCS 75/14 rep.

    Amends the Boiler and Pressure Vessel Safety Act. Repeals a Section requiring the Chief Inspector and all Deputy Inspectors to furnish a performance bond. Effective immediately.

1     AN ACT concerning public safety.

2     Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:

4     (430 ILCS 75/14 rep.)
5     Section 5. The Boiler and Pressure Vessel Safety Act is
6 amended by repealing Section 14.

7     Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon
8 becoming law.
