    Amends the Agricultural Statistics Act. Makes technical changes in a Section concerning statistical information.

1     AN ACT concerning agriculture.

2     Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:

4     Section 5. The Agricultural Statistics Act is amended by
5 changing Section 1 as follows:

6     (505 ILCS 15/1)  (from Ch. 5, par. 90b)
7     Sec. 1. Statistical information. The Department of
8 Agriculture shall collect, compile, systematize, tabulate, and
9 publish statistical information relating to agriculture.The
10 ~~Said~~Department is authorized to cooperate with the United
11 States Department of Agriculture to accomplish the purposes of
12 this Act.
