    Amends the Illinois Fertilizer Act of 1961. Makes a technical changeconcerning publications.

1     AN ACT concerning agriculture.

2     Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:

4     Section 5. The Illinois Fertilizer Act of 1961 is amended
5 by changing Section 13 as follows:

6     (505 ILCS 80/13)  (from Ch. 5, par. 55.13)
7     Sec. 13. Publications.
8     The Director must~~shall~~ publish at least semi-annually and
9 in such forms as he may deem proper:
10     (a) Information concerning the distribution of commercial
11 fertilizers and custom mixes by counties.
12     (b) Results of analysis based on official samples of
13 commercial fertilizers and custom mixes distributed within the
14 state as compared with the analysis guaranteed under Sections 4
15 and 5.
