SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:

20 ILCS 801/80-5

Amends the Department of Natural Resources Act. Makes a technical change concerning redesignation of the Department of Natural Resources.

A BILL FOR

AN ACT concerning natural resources.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Department of Natural Resources Act is amended by changing Section 80-5 as follows:

(20 ILCS 801/80-5)

Sec. 80-5. Redesignation of the Department. The Department of Conservation is redesignated as the Department of Natural Resources.
