Amends the Metropolitan Water Reclamation District Act. Makes a technical change in a Section requiring courts to take judicial notice of sanitary districts.

A BILL FOR

AN ACT in relation to the Metropolitan Water Reclamation District.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Metropolitan Water Reclamation District Act is amended by changing Section 2 as follows:

(70 ILCS 2605/2) (from Ch. 42, par. 321)

Sec. 2. Judicial notice of sanitary districts. All courts in this state shall take judicial notice of the existence of all sanitary districts organized under this act.
