SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:

225 ILCS 65/5-22

Amends the Nursing and Advanced Practice Nursing Act. Makes a technical change to a Section concerning social security numbers on license applications.

AN ACT concerning professional regulation.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Nursing and Advanced Practice Nursing Act is amended by changing Section 5-22 as follows:

(Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2008)

Sec. 5-22. Social Security Number on license application. In addition to any other information required to be contained in the application, every application for an original, renewal, or restored license under this Act must shall include the applicant's Social Security Number.
