    Amends the Local Governmental and Governmental Employees Tort Immunity Act. Makes technical changes in the short title Section.

1     AN ACT in relation to civil immunities.

2     Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:

4     Section 5. The Local Governmental and Governmental
5 Employees Tort Immunity Act is amended by changing Section
6 1-101 as follows:

7     (745 ILCS 10/1-101)  (from Ch. 85, par. 1-101)
8     Sec. 1-101. This Act ~~shall be known and~~ may be cited as the
9 ~~"~~Local Governmental and Governmental Employees Tort Immunity
10 Act~~"~~.
