 1        AN ACT in relation to pensions.

 2        Be  it  enacted  by  the People of the State of Illinois,
 3    represented in the General Assembly:

 4        Section 5.  The  Illinois  Pension  Code  is  amended  by
 5    changing Section 10-103.1 as follows:

 6        (40 ILCS 5/10-103.1) (from Ch. 108 1/2, par. 10-103.1)
 7        Sec.  10-103.1.   No application to certain persons. This
 8    Article does not apply to any person who becomes an  employee
 9    after  June  30,  1979 as a public service employment program
10    participant under the Federal  Comprehensive  Employment  and
11    Training  Act  and whose wages or fringe benefits are paid in
12    whole or in part by funds provided under such Act.
